Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship throughout the European Union.

The shipping cost is visible in your shopping cart and depends on the Seller's location and your address. We offer free shipping for orders over EUR 150.

We work with independent brands that ship products directly from their studios.

  • Ready-made products: usually 2-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order products: the production time is specified on the product page (it can be, for example, 7-30 days).

If you order products from different brands (e.g., jewelry from Herien and a dress from The Code), you will receive two separate shipments, which may arrive on different dates.

HOW TO RETURN AND ITEM?

We understand that sometimes a product may not be a perfect fit. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to return an item. The process is simple:

STEP 1: Request a return 

Fill out the return form available [RETURN FORM] or write to us directly at contact@eternaledit.com, providing your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

STEP 2: Receive instructions and address

We will send you the correct shipping address in response.

⚠️ Important: Do not return the Product to the Paris office address unless we specifically ask you to do so. Products must be returned directly to the Seller's warehouse to speed up the refund process.

STEP 3: Pack your parcel

Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging). Make sure you include a note with your order number; this will allow the brand to identify your parcel.

STEP 4: Send 

Send the package by any courier or post (we recommend registered mail with tracking). Please note that the direct cost of returning the Product is your responsibility. Keep the proof of shipment until you receive your refund.

STEP 5: Refund 

Once the Brand has received the package and verified the condition of the product, we will arrange for a refund. The money will be credited to your account within a maximum of 14 days (usually much faster).

RETURN POLICY

We want shopping to be convenient, but we ask that you follow a few rules that allow our independent brands to operate:

1. Condition of the returned product 

We only accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed products.

  • The product must have all original tags and security tags (not cut off).
  • The product must not show any signs of use, such as makeup stains, perfume scent, or deodorant stains.
  • If we receive a product that does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.

2. Exceptions (What cannot be returned?) 

For hygiene reasons and due to the specific nature of production, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seals (protective film/pad) have been removed or damaged. Please try on underwear over your own underwear.

3. Return costs 

The customer bears the cost of return shipping. We do not accept packages sent “cash on delivery.” 

Exception: If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately! In this case, we will cover the costs of return and replacement, and you will receive a prepaid return label.
