Are the products sold on Eternal Edit authentic?

Absolutely. Authenticity is non-negotiable at Eternal Edit. Every brand we feature is verified, and all products are sourced directly from the creators themselves. When you shop with us, you can trust that each piece is genuine, crafted with care, and true to the designer’s vision.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Who fulfils my order and ships the products?

Orders on Eternal Edit are fulfilled directly by the brands themselves. This ensures that every product is carefully packaged and shipped with the attention it deserves. Shipping times and methods may vary by brand, and we provide all relevant details at checkout so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Will I receive separate packages if I order from multiple brands?

Yes. Since each brand fulfills and ships its products independently, orders containing items from multiple brands may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment so you can follow your order every step of the way.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by brand and destination. Each product page provides estimated shipping information, and you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Eternal Edit ships to selected countries in Europe. Shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout for your convenience.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each package. Because brands fulfill orders independently, shipments from multiple brands may have separate tracking numbers. You can use these to monitor your delivery until it arrives at your door.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return process?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. As items are shipped directly from the brands, returns must be sent to the address provided by the specific brand. Detailed instructions and the return form can be found in our Shipping & Returns section.

What condition should items be in to qualify for a return?

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. This ensures the brand can accept and process your return efficiently.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. Detailed instructions are included in the Shipping & Returns section.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected by the brand, Eternal Edit will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days after the return is confirmed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive a notification as soon as your refund has been completed.

I received the wrong size/colour. How can I exchange it?

If you receive an item in the wrong size or colour, please contact Eternal Edit Customer Support at contact@eternaledit.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and details of the item. We will coordinate with the brand to arrange an exchange or return, ensuring you receive the correct product promptly.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Eternal Edit Customer Support at contact@eternaledit.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with the brand to resolve the problem promptly, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

An item from my order is missing. What should I do?

If you ordered items from multiple brands, please check your order confirmation, as they may arrive in separate shipments. If a confirmed item is missing from a package, contact Eternal Edit Customer Support immediately so we can investigate the matter with the specific partner brand responsible for fulfillment.

What payment methods do you accept?
